Creator terms

Version 2026-10-v1 · These terms apply to everyone in the Bagged creator program.

01Eligibility

1.1You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if that is higher), or between 13 and 17 with verified written consent from a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these terms on your behalf. Creators under 13 are not allowed. For creators under 18, payouts are made to the parent or guardian's account, and only products we approve for minors are available.
1.2If any other person appears in your content, including a minor, you must have their permission and, for minors, their parent or guardian's signed release.
1.3One account per person. Duplicate accounts are closed and their unpaid commission is forfeited.

2.1You may only promote the products we approve for your account, using the content we provide or content you create that follows our guidelines.
2.2Only use the approved claims listed for each product in the content hub. Never say a product cures, treats or prevents any disease or medical condition.

3.1Every post, story and video must be clearly disclosed as an ad: use the platform's paid-partnership label (Instagram and Facebook: Paid partnership; TikTok: Content disclosure) or put #ad at the start of the caption.

4.1A sale is credited to you when the buyer uses your code, or buys within 30 days of clicking your link.
4.2If a buyer uses one creator's code and another creator's link, the code wins. If a buyer clicks links from two creators, the last click wins.
4.3Purchases by you, your household or anyone shipping to your address do not earn commission.

5.1Posting your code on coupon or deal sites, or letting browser coupon extensions publish it.
5.2Bidding on Bagged or our brand names in search ads, or running paid ads with your link without written permission.
5.3Forced clicks, hidden redirects, fake orders or any other way of claiming sales you didn't drive.

6.1Commission becomes payable 30 days after the order, once the refund window has passed.
6.2Refunded, cancelled and charged-back orders earn no commission. If commission on such an order was already paid, it is deducted from your next payout.
6.3Payouts are sent monthly by PayPal once your payable balance is at least $25.00. Balances below that roll over.
6.4You must submit a valid tax form (W-9 in the US, W-8BEN outside the US) before your first payout.
6.5Commission is paid on the first subscription order only, not on renewals.

7.1Either side can end this agreement at any time. We may suspend your codes and links immediately if these terms are broken.
7.2Commission earned under these terms before the end date is still paid, except where it was earned in breach of them.
